For over 30 years, Mr. Raftery has been a trial attorney called upon to represent both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of personal injury and insurance matters, including auto, construction, premises, dog bite, art fraud and first amendment issues, just to name a few. Mr. Raftery has obtained successful jury verdicts throughout the state of Michigan. He has been admitted to practice law in Michigan since 1982, the U.S. Federal Courts since 1983, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit since 1997.
